AIRBNB “check into the trend”
Summary Block
PRODUCER / DIRECTOR
It’s no surprise that a company like AirBnB would have a ton of fascinating data on the reasons people travel. But it may surprise you that the number one tourist activity for women travelers are history related. Looking to leverage this insider info and introduce their in-house trend expert, AirBnB asked me and my team to create a franchisable series that could spin out new episodes monthly. I story produced and directed these spots which turned travel insights into inspiring content.
MTV NEWS “THE BREAKDOWN”
POST PRODUCER / EDITOR
In 2018 MTV News approached my team with an awesome mission: demystify the midterms for younger audiences. Overseeing the post-production, we combined colorful animations, conversational language, and wavy vibes to keep our audience not only entertained, but also informed. The videos starred top tier teen centric talent Adam Rippon, Macklemore, Lauren Jauregui, Chloe x Halle, and even a cute puppy.
LIVE WITH KELLI & MICHAEL “UNSTOPPABLE MOMS”
PRODUCER / DIRECTOR
They might have their own special day, but moms can never really get enough credit. To really celebrate Mother’s Day, the morning show Live! With Kelli and Michael put out a call for nominees for the most “unstoppable mom’s” who were honored in documentary segments and rewarded with $1,000 to pamper themselves.
SEARS “CRAftsman across america”
DIRECTOR
To prove the reliable resilience of their Craftsman Tractors, Sears and YR Chicago hatched a plan to take one epic cross country road trip from LA to NYC at 7 miles an hour...on a tractor. To commemorate this first of it’s kind trans-national tractor ride, I directed two films. Both films capture the essence of Americana as slow moving meditations on place and purpose.
GOVERNORS ISLAND “IT’s ISLAND TIME”
DIRECTOR
Most New Yorkers have no idea about all the wild stuff available after only a short (and free) ferry ride to Governor’s Island. That’s why the Friends of Governor’s Island approached my team to pitch for the Amex media grant. After winning the proposal, naturally, we spent a sweet and sweaty New York City summer shooting 5 films showcasing all the island has to offer from arts and music festivals, to historical events and urban farming initiatives.
NICK JR “BEYOND THE BACKPACK”
Summary Block

To inspire parents to help their little ones learn even after the bell rings Nick Jr. contracted my team to produce a series of 10 short animations for their Beyond the Backpack Initiative. Targeted at moms and dads, we combined mixed media, design, illustration, and live action footage to create playful and informative vehicles for Nick Jr’s characters.
